Small Town Brandits (STB) has spent years helping organisations tell their stories, and our clients kept asking whether we could also help them find the right people. So we now offer hiring and talent consulting for corporates, startups, NGOs and institutions that struggle to fill hard roles, especially in AI, cloud and technology. In AI and data, we hire AI Architects, GenAI/LLM Engineers, Data Engineers and ML/MLOps Engineers. In cloud and platform, we find multi-cloud Solutions Architects, DevOps and DevSecOps Engineers, and GPU and AI infrastructure specialists. For engineering and leadership, we cover Technical Leads, Principal Engineers, backend and microservices engineers, and short-term technical advisors. For creative and communications, we place Video Editors, Animators, Scriptwriters, Account Managers and Digital Marketing professionals.

Our process is simple. We first understand the role, the team, the tech stack and the business problem behind the opening. We then source from our network and screen for hands-on skill, certifications, delivery record and communication. You receive a small shortlist of qualified, interested candidates, not a pile of CVs. We then coordinate interviews, feedback and offers until the right person joins.
